Both the 3DSurface Viewer control and the GLE32 library are free of charge. Details regarding use and re-use in other
applications appear below.
GLE32 is partially based on the work of (primarily) Linas Vepstas, Mark Kilgard, Nate Robbins and Silicon
Graphics, Inc. OpenGL is a registered trademark of Silicon Graphics, Inc.
Our copyright and disclaimer information follow; separate copyright information is included in the GLE32 source files where applicable.
3DSurface Viewer:
3DSurface Viewer has two separate license documents. The first is the basic End User's
License Agreement that must be accepted when first installing the ActiveX component. The second is the more
liberal Design-Mode End User's License Agreement accepted when downloading the demo projects and
design-mode license file.
GLE32 Version 4:
As mentioned above, this library is based on Linas Vepstas' original
GLE library. The GLUT untextured primitives are taken from Nate Robbins' latest
version of the GLUT library, and are copyrighted by Mark Kilgard and Silicon Graphics.
The GLE32 Library also includes a slightly modified version of the Image Manipulation libraries from Charles Petzold's
'Programming Windows - Fifth Edition' (aka 'the Bible'). These are copyrighted by Charles Petzold.
The class hierarchy and object-oriented re-write of Linas' library is my own, as are the textured
versions of the GLUT primitives and the library test program. These are all
